The hotel Situated 300 metres from the Playa del Duque beach and from Playa Fañabe, both with fine sand and all the services of the consolidated tourist beaches.

Residential and quiet area where most of the 5 stars hotels of the South of the Island are located. Privileged zone with several top class commercial centres and an ample range of leisure's and services ( restaurants, boutiques, banks, etc.) offers.

The hotel is situated on the Tropic of Cancer, with a dry and sunny weather and warm temperatures along the whole year. The medium temperatures in winter are 20ºC and in summer 25ºC.

The hotel finished at the end of 2001, shaped in U, it is orientated to the West. Rooms are distributed in 5 floors. Ramps of access for handicapped. 7 panoramic lifts. Piped music and air conditioning in the whole building.

Central ample solarium of 4.500 square metres occupied by 2 big swimming pools for adults. One of them and another separated swimming-pool for children heated. Several bath furniture ( sunbeds with air beds, sunshade and towel ) free of charge. Tropical and native vegetation.


Roof provided with a magnificent swimming pool with a wide solarium with teka floor and sunbeds and fascinating views to the sea and mountains. Also two terraces for exclusive nudist use.

Decorated with original materials and warm tones to create a rustic atmosphere as well as functional. Magnificent hall of 3.500 square metres, completely surrounded with glass, in which ceiling, the transparent bottom of one of the swimming pools can be noticed.

It is endowed with an exuberant vegetation and waterfalls. The hotel is perfect not only for holidaymakers- sun and sea, but also for business, conventions, incentives and events in general trips.



Accommodation:

There are 458 Outside units with sea, pool or mountain view ( most with sea and pool view ).
All of them with balcony and air conditioning, individually controlled.

434 double rooms ( also for single use) of 40 m².
80 of them are communicating. All decorated in slid colours. Two separated beds 110 x 200 cm or one double bed 180 x 200 cm, studio- coach for the 3 rd person or child.

Bathroom with separated bidet and lavatory, shower with massage, hair- dryer and bathrobe. Voltage 220 V. Satellite T.V, Internet, piped music and video (Internet, pay TV and safe under charge). Minibar, direct telephone, safe.

Occupancy: minimum 1 adult. Maximum: 2 adults +1child.

5 rooms for handicapped: With the same characteristics than the aforementioned.




14 Suites of 60 m²: With the same characteristics than the aforementioned and also with an hydro massage- bath and two balconies. Separated living room and bed 200 x 200 cm. Occupancy: minimum 2 adults. Maximum: 2 adults+ 1 child.



4 Royal Suites of 130 m² : two bedrooms with their own bathrooms provided with hydro massage and two balconies. Also a superb living room with terrace and sunbeds of teka. Located in the best part with sea view. Minimum occupation: 4 adults. Maximum 4 adults + 2 children.






Restaurant :

Restaurant "La Finca": With capacity for 550 people. Large room with natural illumination and pool or garden - view. Varied and appetizing buffets, show cooking and thematic menus.

Breakfast and dinner are compulsory for clients with half pension. Long trousers are essential for gentlemen ( for dinner).


Buffet Restaurant VIP : capacity for 100 people. Select international buffet with daily show cooking and selected ingredients, only for groups, very special clients and those who are located in suites.

Restaurant à la carte "La Laja" : Capacity for 60 guests with sea and pool view. Mediterranean cookery. The suitable place to spend the nicest soirées. ( It is available for dinner ). Clients on half board will have a good discount.

Tasca "El Puente" : Capacity for 50 people. Rustic decoration. Choice of variety of Tapas (appetizers) and typical Spanish cuisine. Timetable: ( afternoon- afternoon ).


Bar - Cafeteria :

Café " La Palmera": Large bar with comfortable furniture, situated in the Hall. Outside balcony. Snacks. Open all day. Life music all the evening-night.

Piano- Bar : Selected atmosphere for the evening/night. From here the views of the hall are wonderful. Life music.

Snack Pool- Bar : Situated in an ample covered terrace for meals, snacks, drinks, etc.

Fruit juices bar: Located in the centre of the solarium, near the swimming pools. Here you can taste a great variety of fresh fruit juices.

Disco : professional shows, life performances, plays, music and entertainment.



 

Conferences and Meeting Rooms : The hotel is provided with 9 totally equipped rooms of several dimensions ( from 9 till 400 people). Distribution: in theatre, school, imperial, cocktail, banquet form etc. Coffee- break, menus and gala dinners.

We have all the necessary audiovisual material for conferences, business meetings and events.


 

Healthy and Beauty Center ( SPA) : Located on the swimming-pool floor and attended by professional staff. It consists of a fitness room with musculature machine, Cardio exercises, etc.
